ITEM Cap is coming back! At least that's what Marvel Comics said recently in several media events talking about the events in the "Reborn" title shipping in July. The real title to the series has been revealed as "Captain America: Reborn." Steve Rogers, the original Captain America, will return in the Captain America: Reborn miniseries by Ed Brubaker and Bryan Hitch. The comic is scheduled to arrive July 1. Captain America #600 - which ships Wednesday - has a 40-page story in which the seeds of Rogers' return are planted. Captain America Reborn #1 ships this week.

ITEM When the first issue of DC Comics' Wednesday Comics arrives July 8, USA Today will syndicate the Superman strip by John Arcudi and Lee Bermejo over the course of the 12-part series. A new strip will appear in the newspaper and online at usatoday.com each Wednesday.

ITEM Fantasy Flight Games has announced that fall will see the release of the Pegasus Expansion for its very popular Battlestar Galactica Board Game. The expansion will include two new boards, featuring the Battlestar Pegasus and the planet of New Caprica, which can be used by themselves or with each other. There will be seven new characters, two plastic Cylon Basestars, a Cylon Locations overlay, and several new cards.

ITEM Two X-Men Origins: Wolverine actors are headlining the John Carter of Mars movie, scheduled to begin filming in November. According to several Hollywood trade magazines and websites, Taylor Kitsch (Gambit) and Lynn Collins (Kayla Silverfox), have been cast in the leads. Kitsch will play John Carter and Collins will play Dejah Thoris, the Princess of Mars and Carter's love interest.

ITEM All of the DC Direct action figures that we have in stock have finally been listed on our website. It's taken awhile since we have a lot of DC Direct figures and we appreciate our customers' patience. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on your viewpoint, we have already sold out of several figures.

We will be adding updating and adding to the board game section of our site over the next few weeks, followed by the Marvel figures, Star Trek and Star Wars figures, and then finally the miscellaneous figures. Once that is finished, we will be finally adding select comic back issues.

If there is something you would like but don't see listed, please call or email. It may be that we just don't have it listed yet.
